Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General These terms apply to all sales of goods by Big Mike ("Seller") to the buyer ("Buyer"). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are as stated at the time of purchase and are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

  • Payment: Full payment is required before goods are dispatched. Seller accepts Visa Debit, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, Paypal.

  • Late Fees: (Optional) Any overdue payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates only. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control (Force Majeure).

  • Risk of Loss: Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

4. Inspection and Acceptance The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt. Any claims for damages, shortages, or defects must be submitted in writing within  7 days of delivery. Failure to notify the Seller within this period constitutes final acceptance of the goods.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Policy: Returns are accepted only if  the product is defective or in original packaging.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to non-defective returns.

  • Exclusions: Custom-made or perishable goods are non-returnable.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England of London England.
